In collaboration with the Axxys Construction group and Forum, the EEGT team is currently on site to carry out the electrical work on the first phase, which will house 100 rental units spread over 7 storeys. Located just off Highway 640, the first building of this new residential complex will occupy a total surface area of 98,328 square feet.
Work is scheduled for completion by July 2025.
