The project was awarded Best Canadian Residential Development by the Canadian Property Awards, as well as being ranked among the world’s top nine architectural projects by London’s International Property Awards 2018-2019. It is the first seniors’ residence to achieve this recognition, thanks in particular to its harmonious integration with the adjacent Mail Cap-Rouge.
