The partnership between Corsim and EEGT continues for the conversion of 1245 Sherbrooke West, a 186 761 square feet mixed-use construction project.
In addition to working jointly on the execution of the plans, the team will be responsible for the electrical implementation of the 209 rental units, office storey, retail space and 3 parking storeys that will make up the 25-storey building.
Work will start after the vacations and finish in January 2026.
